Love this thing. I have a back issue and have had so many issues with other chairs. With its price mesh build and several adjustments that can be made… It was the perfect fit for me.

the chair is designed to allow you to be sitting for long periods of time without pain however the controls are very basic and the materials are very cheap. the chair looks bulky and ugly

Chair comfort will not be mistaken for an Aeron but the price point is much lower! As others have noted the lumbar suppport does not really want to stay in place. This might be due to height (6'1") or weight (230#) but it is the only negative I see (not that big of a deal). Overall pleased with purchase!
