I was looking for a new chair that would provide support for my lower back as I suffer quite a bit from lower back pain. So far this has solved that problem for me. I do spend about 6 hours a day sitting and I've noticed in the evening I haven't been in pain like I was in my old office chair. The reason I didn't get it 5 stars is that while it does recline it is really hard to do so. The mesh is also uncomfortable when directly against your skin as well. So as the summer months approach I'll probably have to cover the mesh with a blanket if I want to wear shorts. In regards to assemble overall it was easy but I did need help getting the wheels into the base.
