I purchased this chair as a recommendation from a coworker who also has back problems and received it as a gift. They had only good things to say so I figured since I’m working from home until further notice I would invest in a new office chair. I love the lumbar support because that’s my main back problem and I love the adjustments with the arm rests since not all chairs do that. The only downfall is that the headrest which I loved the idea of is not great for short people. If I’m sitting flat in the chair my head touches the base of the headrest and I don’t get the full effect. I know I could detach it but so far that’s my only complaint.

It's comfortable arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I'm 5' 2" and can comfortably place my feet on the ground without even having it at the lowest setting. I don't care for having a headrest and just left it off. The lumbar support is adjustable and sits at the right place at the lowest position. Would recommend!
