Cylinder started leaking oil after 30 days moderate \less use and do not hold the height. I have received the replacement cylinder but it does also have same problem.

The chair was comfortable until it wasn’t. The mesh didn’t feel like it was supporting me any more and I sat in it for a week. The lumbar support was really uncomfortable and not easy on the back. I ended up returning the chair
