Chair is solid and comfy. Helps back strain for sitting much of the day. Generally easy to assemble, although head rest is a bit tricky but with a bit of patience can be easily secured.

Swivel-tilt mechanism not working and armrest pad

Swivel-tilt mechanism not working (the 3-postion recline not moving in-out positions). Also, the left armrest pad is broken.

Love the chair, but the CRRREAKING is intolerable.

Great chair, wonderful. But after about a month, it started this LOUD creaking, the loudest chair creak I've ever heard. Like, CRRRAAAAACCCCCKKKKK!!!!! You can hear it across the house. Right now I'm sitting on a cheap folding chair on a pillow. Tried tightening all the screws, spraying the mechanisms with lubricants. Nothing works. Just a huge disappointment, because except for this, I love this chair.
