Chair was easy to assemble. I love how the lumbar support neck support and arm rests are adjustable. I also like the adjustable tension for leaning back. I wish the chair height would adjust a little lower but it's not a major issue (I'm 6 ft). Overall it's a good value chair and a great option for a home office. Work offices should probably invest in a fancier chair though.

The chair is easy to assemble but there is room for improvement: spring controlling the ease of leaning back is VERY strong. I finally got it to move but my maximum torque did not get it to loosen enough for me. Back too upright and would like it to move more easily. The only other issue is the height of the arms. I have the chair at maximum height and the arms are as far as they can go down. That's OK for deskwork but is "akward' for using the keyboard---especially my keyboard which is on a moveable rack that comes out from under the desk top. That makes my elbows higher than the keyboard. I pulled the arms to their maximum width and that helped. I don't want to take the arms off as they are helpful for straight deskwork. Comfort and posture are OK. Your ideas are welcome. I thought about trying to take the arms apart and modify the mechanism toallow themto go further dosn --when I want them to.

The way the mesh in this chair is aligned especially on the seat makes it more comfortable for larger people. I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs and the mesh on the seat leaves my bottom and back really sore after just one hour of usage. If you are a smaller or lighter person I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I love my chair. My son bought a different chair for me for my birthday but by sitting on it for just 30 minutes I knew it wouldn't work. He took it back and sent me the money to pick my own and so I bought this chair in blue. I had already sat in it at the store so knew it was comfortable and just the right height for me at it's lowest setting. I sit for hours at a time and work on my book editing. Plus the color matches my room!!

Attaching the seat to the back was a pain as I had no way of easily aligning the two pieces to get the first bolt started. Even more of a pain was the headrest. The headrest should have alignment pins so that getting the bolts in and started would be easy. But alas no pins lots of trial and error. The black knob under the seat that adjusts the tilt resistance needed a wrench in order to turn it. Once assembled and adjusted it is very comfortable. The headrest arrived broken the Union&Scale customer service is excellent and a new headrest arrived within days of calling them.
