after 4 days the lock upright position was sloppy and wobbly. Chair seat was uncomfy after 20 minutes or so and plastic edges around seat mesh curve up and poke you unless you are exactly centered in the seat. I give full credit to staples however for standing behind in and taking a return. I bought something else due to their willingness to oblige me as a customer. Defiantly designed for the petite and small frame stature person.

I love this chair as I am 6'.2" tall and weighs over 220 pounds so needed a chair that can support my back and lumbar properly. I sit in my chair for 5+ hours pretty much everyday and the neck support is also great.

i got this on sale but i am so very happy i got it. I needed a new chair BADLY. Old one was causing back issues. I am at my desk looking at a computer all day. I have this same chair at my work desk but in black thought the blue would be the same but it seems to sit closer to the floor than my work chair. My knees are bent too much while I am sitting in it. Not happy at all.
