I am only a week in and i have no complaints. I had a Amazon chair before with no padding for arm rest no lumbar support or anything. DONT CHEAP OUT ON SOMETHING YOU USE EVERYDAY

Compared to what I was using this is like sitting on a cloud. The sales person pointed out how much wider this chair was compared to some of the others. After we got back home with it we realized just how much the width made it so much more comfortable. Thank you guys we love this chair.

I put the hole char together only for the height adjustment piston to not work. It did not stay up. Had to get a replacement chair and replace the piston and bottom part (with the castors) of the chair. Alot of time and effort wasted as well as to have it returned. I do not know if this piston will hold up. In hindsight would not have bought chair.

This chair is great. Was in desperate need for a new office chair this long into working from home. Doesn’t disappoint. The mesh seat provides great breathability and the ergonomics of the chair are excellent (adjustable arm rests and lumbar support)

This chair has lumbar support and a fantastic curved seat which give you a no-pressure feel for hours on end. It's the most comfortable "sit" in the house. Love it! Though it was $149 online and $199 in the store. I asked about the difference but the sales guy ignored me. I guess I should have left and gone home and ordered online but home out in the toolies was100 miles away and I needed the chair. So chair fabulous people at the store not so grand...:(
