My old vinyl-upholstered desk chair was cat-scratched and sinking. This fresh new chair rises to a good height has a semi-reclining position rolls quite easily and the cats don't care about scratching on it. All good.

one arm broke on installing the plastic sides for the mesh on your butt needs to be farther away wider so the plastic under the mesh never actually touchs your butt or pain after few days

I wish I bought this chair a lot sooner. I always had leather chairs and those are not ideal. They heat up very fast.

Overall very good except that the head rest blocked my vision when looking around to see the person sitting behind me in the office. This is something I did not consider when buying it. Therefore we removed the headrest. Otherwise it is fine.

Works great except one of the castor wheels keeps falling apart. Time to look into my Staples warranty....
