Horrendous chair. Not comfortable. Poor design.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. Completely regret this purchase. Unfortunately missed the return window. Got it together OK not overly complicated. But the chair is NOT comfortable at all. The seat design is not made for any sort of prolonged sitting. My butt hurts after 30 minutes. The mesh is also itchy. At the moment I'm using a seat cushion until I find a chair I want. The head rest makes no sense the way it's designed you have to tilt your head back super far to lean on it. So it's basically just for show and to make the chair look fancier. Not functional at all. Would have been better off with a $20 padding folding chair from Costco!

Lumbar support keeps falling down
on May 22, 2021

I like this chair and it is quite comfortable. However even though I adjust the lumbar support to be on the highest setting it keeps going back down eventually back to the lowest setting every time I sit down. I don't even put that much pressure on it; it just keeps falling down when I put my back on the chair.

I wish you could lock the chair at various levels of recline but the chair is good overall. I hoped that the build quality of this chair would be better-than-average because of its high price but it is mostly made of plastic anyway. It is comfortable to sit in.

Bought this chair to replace old gaming chair. Pretty good quality easy to assemble and comfy for a mesh chair. Only problem is after the first couple days the backrest starts to squeak terribly when leaning back or even sitting down. Good for its sale price but probably wouldn't have been satisfied at full price.

Staples has quality products. An employee of the store Taj was immensely helpful in making this purchase from beginning to end!

Looks good and easy to put together. Took 20 min. Comfortable and well made. Rolls easily over carpet.
