It’s a great chair. The only thing I would have different is have the back lock into place instead of reclining when I lean back. There are times that reclining is needed but if I need to sit up straight the back provides little support or comfort.

Very nice chair. This is the second one I purchased. I got one for my home office during Covid and then another for my work office when I returned. Only complaint would be the lumbar support only moves up and down and can't be adjusted front to back. Otherwise nice and sturdy good looking does not heat up like pleather adjustable height and arms.

Like many I tried a couple of chairs before deciding on the Dexley and ultimately did not like it but note my opinions reflect my experience as everyone's needs & body types are different. I'm 5'10 and 180lbs the chair is comfortable and supportive though I found the headrest a little low. What got me was sitting long-term with the mesh did not agree with me - especially if you're wearing shorts and a t-shirt sitting back I experienced some discomfort after 2-3 hours. Staples has a great return policy and excellent customer service; this chair is not for me but does not mean it's a bad chair. I enjoyed the back support and the value!
