So far so good. Price was good (it was on sale for $149). Delivery was prompt. Assembly was easy - the only tool needed (an allen wrench) came with the chair. And the chair seems comfortable in the early going. But I haven't spent an 8-hour day in the chair yet. So I may have more to say on comfort later. But so far all of the advertised functions of the chair are operating as promised.

This is the best chair I've used in a long time. On computer for hours at a time. It is comfortable no fatigue or overheating. The back and headrest is supportive. Great Chair.

There are a few differences that make this a better chair for bigger people. The chair is just an inch or two wider which helps with big butts. Also the arm rest are a bit further out as well.
