I've been using this chair for over a week now and find it to be very comfortable. The mesh backing is cool and the seat is easy to adjust. The adjustable lumbar support is a big plus. This chair was easy to assemble too. The manufacturer provided clear instructions a tool which could be used for all of the bolts and packaged each set of bolts in separate packets.
Chair was fine for a few months my main problem when it wasn't broken was how you could not lock the chair in an upright position it forces you to lean. But it got much worse when the chair broke through the wheel frame and slammed into my hardware floor. Multiple parts of the chair were broken and when trying to move it out of my office it leaked oil everywhere. Can't believe I paid this much for it and it broke this soon. I only weigh 220 lbs and it's used in a home office doesn't get sat in much yet it broke so soon. If you want this chair the warranty is a must. You will regret not getting a multi-year warranty.
I was looking for an ergonomic chair with good back support. The back support and headrest are very good. The chair would be ideal if it had a cushioned seat. The lack of cushioning becomes uncomfortable if you are sitting and working for more than a few hours.
We bought this to replace a different brand chair that we purchased from Staples five years ago (that developed a bad pneumatic cylinder). We decided to try this one. It arrived quickly and took about 20 minutes to assemble. My wife is happy with it. I do wish that there were different caster options available with the chair. We have pine floors and need different casters so as to not mar the floor. Overall it's a good quality chair for the price. I would buy another one in the future.
