My first chair was delivered to the wrong house. I called Staples Customer Service and they took care of the issue very quickly. Good Customer Service experience. I finally received my new chair two days later. It was easy to put together and to me it is nice. It is my first mesh chair. I would buy one again if I had the opportunity.
Comfortable yet supportive. Using it in a shop environment the mesh airflow works well in warmer weather we'll see during winter. Features great. Easy to put together. Really like the blue color.
Taking it out of the box looked like a daunting task. Actually the one shipped to me was opened and re-sealed. I suspect someone got it home and said "Eeek!" when they opened it and promptly returned it. All the parts were present so no problem. Hint: It comes with a 3/16" Allen wrench. I used my Ryobi impact driver with a 3/16" hex head. Made the job go very quickly. First day with the chair but it seems fine. 7 year warranty is a plus. I bought a similar one from Staples nine years ago and the webbing was just starting to go.
I have been using the Gaming Racer Style chair at home and the lack of breathability was terrible. I kept wanting to take my Herman Miller at work home with me because there is no way I am paying $600+ for a chair. This Dexley feels just like my Aeron work chair for a quarter of the cost.
After having a sciatic issue this chair has been a life saver. I was also afraid that I would miss the delivery since my office is nestled in a complex that still has its doors locked due to covid. I was so happy when the driver called mid day and I was able to guide them into my office building. My boss put my chair together in no time. Thank you Staples for coming through for me!
The mesh seat is ripping out all the way around the edge of the chair I've owned this chair for less than a year. I've never had a office chair break this fast.
Chair is comfy airy in hot weather nicely adjustable and I like the blue. May remove the headrest I'm a bit short for it. But now that I know about the existence of rollerblade chair wheels I think my Persian rugs deserve the upgrade.
