Great chair flimsy arms

I like this chair it was uncomfortable to sit in it for long hours at first but I got used to it and now it feels comfortable. The plastic on arm of the chair however are not made to last as one already have already broke/snapped and I barely use them since they are wide for my body/height.

First impressions I really liked this chair enough to buy it after trying in the store. After a single day working from home realized the base just isn't wide enough and hard plastic on the sides are super painful and brutal to sit for any extended length of time. May be perfect for other body types but definitely not for me.

Staples was able to coordinate a replacement- also the chair is under a 7 year warranty if it is just a part missing. Will see how the new chair goes.

The chair is very comfortable and fairly easy to put together. I would have given it a 5 if I hadn’t gotten to putting on the headrest and see that they gave the wrong size screws. Now I don’t have the headrest which was one of the main reasons I bought this chair.

I enjoy the mesh style since it is cooler and to me more comfortable. The design is excellent with the adjustable height lumbar support. Also it was easy to put together with the instruction booklet and the color-coded screws.
