I really like the lumbar support and adjustable tension on the back. The wheels could have been a little more robust than the plasticizes it comes with

Comfortable easy to put together has good enough controls to adjust for my needs. I've only had it for a week but so far so good!

It was delivered in a very timely fashion. It went together easily; it's comfortable. What more needs to be said?

Absolutely adequate for my purposes. Haven't owned it long enough to give it 5 stars yet but unless it fails in some way I'd probably give it 5 stars a few months from now. Worth the money.

This chair is a great buy. I have an Aeron chair at work but needed a chair for home. This chair is a pleasant surprise and more than a sufficient stand-in for my Aeron chair. Glad I bought it!
