It has only been a couple weeks but loving this chair. It was easy to put together and adjust to fit. It is very comfortable for someone who spends many hours a day at the desk! The young man who helped me in the store and retrieved it from the top shelf was very nice. Great service.

The chair is well made and comfortable at first. I tried to like the chair but after 10 months I ended up with a trip to the doctor's office over a pinched sciatic nerve. The problem I have with the chair is my butt is too big! About 15.5 inches wide (I learned) I'm 6'1" 210 lbs which I though was fairly normal but nope. The sides of the chair slope up and push my hips/butt in; after a while it is very uncomfortable. A smaller person may like the chair but if your close to 6' or 200 lbs get another chair. I bought this chair online during covid primarily based on the reviews (didn't test it in the store); I used the chair daily work from home 8-9+ hours a day
