This chair is much more comfortable than the one I was using at nearly the same price. Happy to see that the headrest was optional to install as it was the one thing I hadn't liked.

This chair is extremely comfortable while providing excellent back support. Adjustments on the lumbar support headrest arm height seat height and tilt tension enable getting the chair just right for anyone. I had the staff at the store assemble the chair for me because there were just too many ways I could have easily made mistakes in assembly. They were very accommodating and even carried the finished chair out and put it in my car for me. I highly recommend this chair.
