Bought the chair in February. Kind of a pain to assemble but it was fine for a few months. Gas cylinder started randomly losing pressure by summer and by late October I was having to readjust several times an hour. Called to get a replacement cylinder which they assured me could be replaced. Ha! Part finally arrived. Soaked it in WD-40. Got the wheeled base off but the post going into the base wouldn't budge even with two vices and a rock bar. Was not in a good mood when I called back a second time. If you run into the same issue make them ship a replacement seat plate (and probably the five-point base for the wheels to be safe) at the same time.
For me this chair is a great fit. I'm about 5'6" and it's just right. Comfy and adjustable with good lumbar support. I like that the seat is deep enough you don't feel like you are falling out. Was a little more than I wanted to spend but worth the $200 for what I needed/wanted. I would buy again.
