I bought this on October 12 2021. By the end of November 2021 at the time of this writing one side of the seat mesh has come out of the groove keeping it place. This has resulted in me sitting on the base plate of chair. I weight 230 pounds far below the rated weight of 300 pounds. This failed faster than any chair I've ever owned. I would recommend a bale of hay over this.

This chair is extremely comfortable while providing excellent back support. Adjustments on the lumbar support headrest arm height seat height and tilt tension enable getting the chair just right for anyone. I had the staff at the store assemble the chair for me because there were just too many ways I could have easily made mistakes in assembly. They were very accommodating and even carried the finished chair out and put it in my car for me. I highly recommend this chair.
