This chair is working out great so far. was a replacement for the blue version of same that the cylinder collapsed the first week. Called their service number and chair was replaced quickly.

The chair was easy to assemble until I got to the head rest. I have not been able to get the screws to engage. Very difficult lining up the holes to accept the screws. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.
