After a year of ownership I had a problem with the chair cylinder. I inquired about the warranty and was sent a new chair. Great customer service. I was very glad for this outcome as I really like the chair and find it very comfortable.

The chair is well made. The egonomics are right on the money. We found that the chair is as comfortable for a large man or a petite female. It took a short hour to assemble. All the necessary hardware and allen wrench was included. It all fit together perfectly. Well done!
