This chair is nearly perfect and I would only suggest minor changes such as the headrest being able to raise/lower instead of being stationary at one height and being able to bring the arm rests in tighter to the chair (width of the arm rests) and being able to lower the lumbar support just a smidge further or even retract it a bit.

Chair is decently comfortable but makes loud snaps and creaks when I lean back. Will contact Tech Support for resolution. Kind of shock you when you lean back and there is a loud SNAP!
