The chair was great when I first got it but I am only 150 pounds and 5 months later the mesh has already started to come loose from the edges of the chair. Very disappointing.

This rating is based on three factors. Had this chair for just over a year and the gas lift pole started dragging on the floor. (3 stars). Union & Scale was happy to provide a new base but backordering would mean almost 2 months of waiting. (4 stars) They agreed to send me a new chair delivered promptly and hassle free! (5 stars)

OK chair for $200 Customer Service is superb.

-The Chair itself is OK quality. For $200 I would expect more ergonomic adjustments and higher quality materials. -Off the top of my head I would like to see cushioned arm rests being able to adjust the chair higher and increased ability to lean back in the chair. - On the other hand customer service is wonderful. After 3 months the seat of my chair separated from the weaving which made it impossible to sit comfortably because my butt would hit the plastic on the base of the chair. I called customer service at the number on the bottom of the Union & Scale website and the nice lady there sent me a new seat base free of charge even though I did not have the original manufacturing tag (I had cut mine off). If you see this Denise thank you! -Union & Scale customer service is on point hopefully they can improve on their chair design because as of right now there is something wrong in their production.
