I bought my Dexley chair over a year ago and had an issue where the main shaft below the seat went thru the base and now rests on the floor. I called the 1-800 number on the Union & Scale webiste and had an awesome experience. They answered right away and shipped out a new part immediately. It has been a while since I had a great customer experience like that. I never really considered the brand for an office chair but Union & Scale just crushed it and made a customer.

I can't believe what a difference it has made for me and my back since I got the chair. It is tremendously comfortable. I no longer need a cushion under or behind me. The fit is just perfect. I like the blue color too!! Livens up my desk area. And the wheels move me easily when I want to get up. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and the great price too!

I bought this chair because of the mesh and headrest. When I recieved it the back portion of the chair was very loose and tilted to far back I thought it was due to the fact I didn't engage the lock. But when I found out the lock was engaged I returned it. Good concept just a few more dollars into designing and it would have been a great chair.

Very comfortable. I'm 5/5. With the addition of a footstool I found I could adjust it to the perfect height very easily just by pulling the handle. Great support for my lower back. I did add a memory foam seat cushion it's perfect.
