Cheap and unstable

After less than a year of use the base of the chair has cracked causing the center of the chair to plummet to the ground meaning you cannot roll with the wheels at all and the chair has a constant wobble with its new 6th leg being slightly longer than the others. Another problem I had almost immediately is there is virtually no back to the chair. The back of the chair is there and it is tall but you can not lean on it at all. Even in the locked position it reclines a good 20 degrees or so. It doesn't sound like much but I wish it had some form of support.

The guy who left the featured worst review isn't lying one bit. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. With this chair if you want to lean back at all it is at a 140 degree angle. I've adjusted the tilt sensitivity to it's maximum and there is no difference whatsoever. I've been using this chair for three days now and I have back pain and can't find of comfortable way to sit in it. Just get a different chair people. I've never left a review of a product in my life until this day because I felt so compelled to share.

Didn’t last a year

At first it was pretty comfortable and supported up to my head which is nice but it didn’t even last a year before the seat started to coming undone. Now when I sit down I hit the base of the chair and its not longer supporting me. The mesh comes undone from the sides of the chair and looses its support.
