I sat in a display chair at a Staples store so I knew what to expect. The chair is comfortable and the various adjustments height arm rest height lumbar support and tilt tension are all easy to make. I assembled the chair myself. The instructions are very good and the assembly is straightforward but some of the parts are quite heavy and an extra hand would have been useful.
just got it and was pretty easy to put together. sitting it it is wonderful. plenty of adjusters and the neck rest is great. im pretty average build and it hugs my shoulders and neck just right. the arm rests are soft but not too soft.
After less than a year of use the base of the chair has cracked causing the center of the chair to plummet to the ground meaning you cannot roll with the wheels at all and the chair has a constant wobble with its new 6th leg being slightly longer than the others. Another problem I had almost immediately is there is virtually no back to the chair. The back of the chair is there and it is tall but you can not lean on it at all. Even in the locked position it reclines a good 20 degrees or so. It doesn't sound like much but I wish it had some form of support.
