I had an imitation leather chair that I bought at Staples just over one year...glad I bought the extended warranty! I returned the chair and got this mesh back chair and I'm very pleased. I can sit more upright and it's much easier for me to spend time at the computer. Very pleased so far.

If you like to sit up straight don't buy this chair. It's comfortable if you like to be permanently leaning back a bit as this is the chairs natural resting position. It is also hands down the loudest creakiest office chair I have ever sat in. I cannot wd40 it enough to make any of it go away. I should have returned it when I had the change. It is wide cool and comfy otherwise. Great relaxing LOUD chair -.-

Purchased this chair a few months ago and love the feel and the design of it. I had been having issues with creaking sounds since shortly after I purchased this. Tried my own tactics to fix it but today I called the support line of Union & Scale and they were extremely helpful. Within minutes they had two new parts ordered and disassembly and reassembly instructions sent to me. According to who I spoke with this chair has a 7 year parts warranty. Don't listen to the negative reviews regarding quality. Apparently they'll backup their product! I wasn't going to bother writing a review but I had to share my experience. Well done Union & Scale!

Seemed great at first but then the mesh started coming out of the seam and I sag down so I'm sitting on the plastic. Started a few months after I brought it so I can't return it now. I'm only 135 pounds and I feel disappointed that it only lasted a few months.
