My company said I could get this new chair as mine was really old uncomfortable. I tried it out at the store then ordered it online. It has a giving seat so it's not hard and the recline is just right not too stiff and not too flimsy. I was going to have it assembled but someone here at the store said it was really easy to put together. I like it.

I recently got a sedentary job and my lower back was killing me after 8 ours. This chair is very comfortable and gives great ergonomic support. I rated it 4 instead of 5 because the headrest is not adjustable. And the tilt could use some better adjustments. You either have it stuck up right or the ability to lean all the way back. I wish there was an in between. But it sits very high as well which I love. I’m 5’9 and at it’s highest setting my heels can’t touch the floor which I love. I’m a heavier wider girl as well and this accommodates my shape. Super happy the arm rests are so adjustable. I just love it all around and highly recommend. Just wish a couple of things were different.

I loved my chair so much that I bought my husband one. Like most people I've been working from home since Covid and struggled to find the right ergonomic chair. As they say the 3rd time is a charm. I can sit comfortably 8-10 hours a day. I highly recommend this chair.

Literally a painful experience using this chair. My experience with this chair led to the most uncomfortable hip/lower back pain that it made it difficult to walk. No amount of adjusts would suffice. Would not recommend purchasing this chair. The manufacturer needs to make major adjusts. Will never purchase another from this designer/manufacturer
