Did not last a year-uncomfortable garbage

While a seemingly flexible comfortable design the seat is horribly uncomfortable if you are wider in the hips. The plastic seat frame jams up into the side of your thighs requiring me to put cushions on the seat to sit half comfortably. The mesh seat also separated from the frame and ripped after a year. Furthermore it says it is rated for up to 275# person 4-5 hours a day. I am 240# and the plastic base with the wheels split where the gas piston is inserted causing the piston to eventually push its way to the floor making the chair useless. It's cheap garbage and I do not recommend it.

This is a cheap chair that has broken in less than 6 months - the mesh has torn the upright support collapsed. Will not buy furniture from Staples again.

I am currently waiting for the Piston as mine broke within the first few months of owning it and I am just now getting it shipped at the end of March '22 because the piston was back ordered.( tired of sinking to the ground over and over) The representative was super friendly and helpful but the product itself is cheap and the arm rests are even just flaking apart and the mesh is not comfortable for longer sessions... Lessons learned for me I just want to get my money out of it now...Do not let the look throw you off its nothing like the pricey ergonomic chairs...

I have owned this chair for about 7 months. It's was a great chair. Comfortable and easy to put together. Then starting about a month ago the chair will not stay up. It sinks down throughout the day and I have to constantly raise it up.

A very comfortable chair which has helped alleviate my back pains from sitting for long periods. Because I am 6’3” the head rest and lumbar adjustment ranges could be higher to meet my personal preferences. However If you are not 6’3”+ this should not be an issue. Well worth the investment especially if you can buy it on sale as I did.
