The head rest and lumbar support are really nice! I also like the breathability of the chair. I only wish that the seat were just a bit wider so my hips don't rub on the edge. I was able to fix that with a seat cushion but that does take away from the breathability a bit.

All adjustments work as advertised; Lumbar support tilt control arms low enough for short person head rest and seat height. Wheels roll easily and are quiet. Roger was exceptionally helpful ringing up the best deal and putting assembled chair in my car.

This chair is good for longer legs has great lumbar and elbow support and has taken the pressure from my lower back and neck. It's really comfortable! A good buy for the price.
