Only have had this for 1 wk and it is a nice office chair. This was a replacement for a managerial chair that punked out after 3years. It is comfortable has lots of adjustments and my favorite is the headrest. Despite the reviews I really like this chair and I hope that It will last for a few years.

From head-to-toe I love the color comfort style and price. It fits my updated home office transition and ease my work flow. I can slide from work station to stand-up desk in slide (put the governors on). The assembly and warranty costs were great.

The chair was easy to assemble. It is easy to adjust and comfortable. One additional adjustment that would be nice is if the headrest had an adjustment to raise or lower the headrest. My head hits the top bar edge of the headrest instead of in the mesh middle. And adjustment of an inch or two would make it more comfortable.
