We prefer office mess chairs to office leather chairs. The mess materials allow better air circulation if you have to sit a little longer especially on warm days.

I bought this chair because of all the good reviews but buyer beware. The base of my chair cracked and the shock poked through it scratching my nice floor mat. The chair is ruined the mat is ruined.

Not that bad in terms of assembly. Ships in a few big pieces that you put together with some screws and an allen wrench. Once it's all set up sitting in it is comfy. I wouldn't say it's perfect--you can sink a little into the mesh and if you're on the tall side the headrest is more of a neckrest. But for the price I don't regret the purchase.
