I had high hopes and had even tried the chair in the store. But after 1 1/2 hrs on the computer when I stood up one leg was not functioning properly.

I bought this and had to put it together. The putting together was super easy and I did it in about 20 minutes. The best thing is the box it comes in is perfect as a work surface. the seat fit nicely on the top so I was able to sit comfortably and put the screws for the arms in and then the plat that holds the chair to the base. It's comfy but I had to put a towel on the seat because it's mesh and I am in FL so it's hot and sticky and I was wearing short - LOL. I think the price is OK I would not buy it at the regular price. The best thing to do is go to a store that has a lot of samples so you can find one that fits your body.

I bought this same chair last year. When mounting the seat back you could position it further forward or backward. The mounting holes for the screws were long ovals allowing it to slide back or forward. Now the holes are round and fixed. The seat back back can only be mounted in one position - too far forward for me. Poor design change.

This chair has really good lumbar support rolls easily and is quite comfortable. It doesn't take up a ton of room in my small office. Two things would improve it in my opinion but this depends on your body as well... I wish the seat and arms could adjust to slide forward and backward And while it is not uncomfortable it would be nice if the headrest was more adjustable. That having been said it's the one that I tried that offers the most support by far. My back is in better shape since I started using this chair.

Good Chair for the Money Package Needs Redesign

Look very carefully at the box and label when you pick up this chair. It will display a picture of a black chair and very subtly have gray/white on the edge of the package. That should be fixed. They should spring to include a photo of the gray/white model on its box or make the color more prominent. I exchanged mine for a black/black model. Assembly was easy. It's more comfortable than my previous chair. So far so good.
