Simple to setup, comfortable and adjustable. I'd definitely recommend this chair from Staples. It's sturdy, and is a nice shade of white. My only issue is that the headrest adjustment feels kinda loose on my unit. Everything else like the lumbar support feels strong and helps my back.

Great lumbar and neck support for the price. The adjustable arm rests are great for shorter people. The seat material is a bit rough (and it can be a bit difficult to shift around while sitting), but pairing it with an under $20 seat cover solved the issue completely.
