I have been wanting one of these for so long, and i finally got the chance to get one! The chair is relatively easy to assemble, though you may need some assistance once it's time to put the seat onto the base so it won't roll away! Placing the order was a breeze, but had some trouble accessing My Rewards account and being able to place my order under my account, so I'm not getting points for the purchase. Disappointed about that, but thrilled with the chair!

One of the most comfortable and supportive office chairs I’ve had! Took about an hour to build, not too difficult or hard to understand. It’s a very breathable chair too! It’s sturdy and quiet, and I appreciate that the arm rests don’t rotate (they still are adjustable up and down though!). 10/10 chair.

First of all I sat in this chair inside Staples and it was perfect; they delivered it and it’s extremely difficult to put together, the directions are useless; the lever that raises and lowers the chair is so far behind you that you have to turn around to use it while sitting in the chair instead of it being upfront, the lumbar support doesn’t move at all, it’s just a stationary lumbar lump. It is not comfortable and I am giving it away, get that, giving it away!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An enjoyable experience

Normally, building furniture is an extremely unenjoyable experience full of regret. However, I was blown away with how easy the assembly was for this desk chair. Even if you are not good at building furniture, you will have no problem building this piece. It is comfortable, has good mobility, and looks good with my setup. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
