The chair is great extremely comfortable and very easy to assemble except for the head rest. It was really difficult to attach the head rest to the back of the chair (this is the last step). There are no holes for the two screws to screw into on the back of the chair only what I can describe as notches. In order to get the thread of the screw to line up to the thread on the notch you really need to press down HARD and at an angle In order for it to attach. Otherwise you just keep turning and turning the Allen wrench. Frustrating! Once we figured that out it was fine but it took a while.

Great chair. I’m very happy with purchase. It allows you to set it fully based on your preferences. Height depth and lumbar support are configurable and makes chair extremely comfortable. I also like how it can be tilted to you can have a bit of relax time as well
