After using this office chair for years plus, I’ve noticed significant issues with comfort and functionality. At first, it seemed fine, but over time, the seat cushion has become increasingly uncomfortable, especially during long work sessions. The padding feels worn out, and it puts pressure on the lower body, making it hard to sit for extended periods.
The back support has also declined. Instead of helping maintain proper posture, it now causes lower-back discomfort, and I often find myself needing to adjust or stand up to relieve the pain. This makes it difficult to use for daily work.
Another major problem is the lack of proper adjustment options. The chair doesn’t offer smooth or flexible angle adjustments — it only tilts when pushed backward or forward, with no real locking or precision control. This makes it hard to find a comfortable sitting position and limits its usability.
Overall, the chair has not held up well over time. What started as a decent purchase has turned into a source of discomfort. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who needs long-term support or a chair for regular daily use.

Item damaged in the Box !

We received the item in an undamaged box, however the chair has a large crack in the plastic area behind the seat. Will be returning if / when I can get Staples Site to cooperate and accept the Return !

I am extremely disappointed with this chair. I purchased it about 18 months ago and for the price I expected it to last for a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately it completely broke this week. One of the main support joints just gave way and the chair is now unstable and unusable. It's clear from looking at the break that it was just not well built. The materials feel flimsy and the construction quality is simply not what it should be. For a piece of furniture to fail after only a year and a half of normal use is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and invest in something sturdier from a different brand.
