Since I got it at half the original price of $299 it was a solid deal in my opinion. There are some small flaws that I don't like for example the seat doesn't go high enough for me the lumbar support doesn't stay in some places when adjusting the edges of the seat are hard and plastic etc. However these are just some personal things I didn't like. Overall the chair itself is comfortable and does all that it should do. I am happy with my purchase and I will probably use this chair for a long time if it lasts.

The chair is comfortable and fairly adjustable though being short I find the lumbar is a bit high. The directions were incredibly easy to follow - until we got to the headrest. Two of us spent 15 minutes to put the chair together and another 15 minutes trying to put the headrest on until we gave up on that part. Also it really takes two people.

This chair seems to be a middle level chair but it is the worst I ever had. Its support is merely there (I am 165 lbs) and the worst part is my low back hurted from sitting on this for about 2 weeks. I removed this chair and my back went back to normal. Recently I put this chair back in service and by back hurts again.

Great price. Exactly what I wanted. Only problem was fitting the headrest. Holes would not line up. Was getting ready to take it to Staples to have them mount it when I realized I could drill out the holes in the headrest. Enlarged the holes to fit fine.

I tried all of the chairs at the store and this chair has it all. Its comfortable breathable and doesnt retain temperatures. The headrest and built in lumbar support add to the comfort.
