Horrible chair. I wish I read the reviews.

1. This chair is not the proper size unless you’re extremely short. The headrest is literally lower than my neck and extremely uncomfortable. It’s not a headrest unless you’re less than 5 feet tall. I’m 5’9” which is pretty average height and it’s nowhere near being high enough to be a headrest. And it didn’t adjust higher or lower. 2. As other reviews have said the lock function is not really a lock. The chair still tilts back at an uncomfortable angle. I bought this chair to improve my posture and because I needed a headrest. It’s worse than the chair I have. Extremely disappointed and now I have to go through the hassle of taking it apart and returning it.

I was shocked how great it feels in this chair. I had two previous chairs and they seem to start out being great but don't hold up! The cushion segments and they look comfortable but did not hold up!!
