Had trouble putting the head rest on. Excess plastic from the mold had to be cut off and filed down. The chair is OK but not the one I was expecting. Hard to adjust the tension for the back of the chair. Hard plastic arm rests are a bit uncomfortable. The chair I thought I was ordering has padded arm rests and a better headrest - but did not come in blue - I got confused with so many similar chairs with small differences. Would return it and buy the one I want but it is no longer on sale!

Headrest does not fit properly to align the holes so that you can actually attach it. Not happy I paid for a piece I will probably have to zip tie to the chair to potential use it.

Chair was comfortable and quality seemed good at first. However the mesh on the seat ripped away from the sides after only 4 months causing my bottom to touch the hard plastic base. I weigh 170lbs and use the chair in my home office.
