The chair is comfortable and fairly adjustable though being short I find the lumbar is a bit high. The directions were incredibly easy to follow - until we got to the headrest. Two of us spent 15 minutes to put the chair together and another 15 minutes trying to put the headrest on until we gave up on that part. Also it really takes two people.
I tried all of the chairs at the store and this chair has it all. Its comfortable breathable and doesnt retain temperatures. The headrest and built in lumbar support add to the comfort.
Great price. Exactly what I wanted. Only problem was fitting the headrest. Holes would not line up. Was getting ready to take it to Staples to have them mount it when I realized I could drill out the holes in the headrest. Enlarged the holes to fit fine.
This chair seems to be a middle level chair but it is the worst I ever had. Its support is merely there (I am 165 lbs) and the worst part is my low back hurted from sitting on this for about 2 weeks. I removed this chair and my back went back to normal. Recently I put this chair back in service and by back hurts again.
I've owned this chair for 6 months now. I work from home so I sit in it about 8-10 hours a day everyday. About 5 months in and the fabric has ripped from the plastic on the sides of the seat. The hydraulics randomly slip and the seat goes lower. Definitely not impressed and was lucky enough to purchase the Assurion warranty and got my money mostly back. Wouldn't recommend as it didn't last long IMO.
The chair is extremely uncomfortable doesn’t poor support. Mesh is firm and rigid. Worst part for me (5’11 198lbs) the seat has a hard plastic frame and it cuts into my lower thigh making long periods of sitting extremely uncomfortable.
Suits well for tall body types however my only issue is that when it’s in resting position I just wished it were more upright. Other than that a great chair.
