Don't purchase if you want a good head rest

The chair overall is comfortable and supports my lower back with adjustable lumbar support. The Tilt-lock feature does not work. The chair tilts back, only after applying a lot of force but the lever to lock it does not work. The head rest is awful. If you're looking for good head support do not buy this chair. It juts your head forward and is horrible for your posture.

Broke After 5 Year

"Bought another one after the first one broke after 5 years. The bottom part, the hole where the top cylinder goes in, cracked after 5 years. Since it lasted 5 years, I bought the same kind again and hope it lasts 5 years or more. I just wish they had used metal instead of relying completely on plastic to hold the cylinder, which carries the weight of the seated person."
