Am satisfied. Chair seems to be sturdy and was easy enough to assemble. Took some time and strength. Only detraction I find from the perfect chair is that the arms don't swivel. Hopefully will serve me for years.

Really like the back support and size of seat pan. Mesh is cold in wintertime. Neck rest not low enough. Wish lumbar were more adjustable too. Most importantly controls are too hard to use. I still have to have help to raise/lower etc. put controls by arms or make easier to reach please. I do like the support I’m getting on my back!

It is worth having Staples assembly for you. These chairs are not easy to assemble. That being said it's a very comfortable chair my only regret is that you can't lock it in different positions only the upright position.
