The chair is quite comfortable to sit in. I have a similar chair at work and that's why I purchased this. The description online said that it would come assembled. However when I picked it up at the store it came in a box. Assembling took 45 minutes. Even though the instructions were clear it caused me to spend more time on it than I had planned. The reason I'm giving this review a one-star is because of the small sharp nail that is sticking out of the mesh seat on the right hand side. I got hurt from it with a minor (fortunately) scratch and snagging my clothing. I tried hammering the nail to bend it let somebody else gets hurt but it will not budge. Now I have to go back to the store return it and spend another hour assembling another chair. This is most inconvenient.

The chair is ok for the price but the back is not adjustable enough it is either lose or fixed in upright which might not fit your back the headrest is too loose to be used you can make it higher or lower but can't fix it backwards or forward. I returned and will see if the hyken if a better fit for me.

It only took me 20 minutes to put together this chair. The headrest was the hardest to put the screws in. I had to forcefully hold the headrest into the slot and then use substantial force and wiggling to get the screws to get seated properly so that I could screw them in. Other than that I’m loving this chair. SO comfortable. I knew I wanted a full mesh chair. This ones fairly adjustable. My last chair lasted 20 years hoping this one does too. Otherwise it does come with a 7 year warranty. And holds 25 more pounds of weight than the mesh chairs from Costco so hopefully more sturdy. Love the blue color as well. Two thumbs up! I’d recommend to a friend.

So far it's been a good experience. Seems comfortable and not bulky which is what I was looking for. My only complaint with assembly was a problem with the headrest screws not screwing in because plastic notches not aligning. Had to rework. Other than that works great.

This is a wonderful chair the mesh is super for long days. the back feels wonderful. the chair is so easy to make it your own. I am actually go back to get 3 more for the kitchen table for game night and comfy eating!
