Broke after 2 mo tilted backwards and the whole mechanism is loose even though it is screwed in tight. 1 year later the thing just drags to the floor wont stay up. You might as well get a bucket and call it a chair.

I bought this chair around a year ago. About 2 months ago I noticed it seemed to "drag" on my floor. I thought it was something with the wheels. Turned out the middle section had broken and was resting on the floor. This is unfixable and I now find myself shopping for another chair. Big disappointment.

I was very impressed with the packaging and ease of assembly. It took some effort to secure the casters into the holes. Otherwise the assembly was manageable. It is very comfortable as I have back and neck issues I want to correct. This chair will help proper posture when I work from home. Also the price was great with the sale which makes this quality chair an excellent value.

This chair was easy to assemble. I did not a hammer to make sure all of the wheels were fully seated. The chair's adjustments are sufficient and I find the chair fairly comfortable.
