We just assembled two of these chairs and one had a extra piece of plastic near the screws for the head rest. Good that we had the ability to carve that plastic off. So far we haven't used the chairs as they are in a new office area. They are comfortable and look great in our new room.

The part right below the wheels support cracked and now the bar goes all the way to the floor and drags so you can no longer move. I had a mush more expensive chair that lasted for over 15 years. I could tell when I assembled this chair the quality was not great but was hoping it would have lasted longer.

Mesh ripped in less than a year

I use this chair daily for work and weigh way less than the advertised weight limit. Nonetheless the mesh on the seat ripped in less than a year of owning the chair. Very disappointed that it didn't last long especially since I had high hopes for this.

Horrible Chair - DO NOT BUY

If you are looking for a chair you want to use regularly do not buy this chair I have had my chair for a little over a year now and heres what has happened -Both of the arm rests have had to be replaced as they have cracked and ripped apart (causing them to be sharp and needed to be covered with a blanket or towel to use) -The whole chair squeaks horribly for every movement (even super small movements) -The center pole of the chair has sunk to touch the floor and now drags every time I want to move -The lock for the back of the chair leans you back way too far probably at about a 120 degree angle which is way to far back for sitting up -The mesh on the seat and headrest is rarely strong enough to stop my body from hitting the hard plastic behind it And plenty of other annoyances.

Chair was not difficult to assemble using the UTube video. Attaching the headrest was a challenge due to positioning. That said the assembled chair is both comfortable and supportive. Thank you Union & Scale.
