Bought the chair because I needed something comfortable for regular(average 10 hours a day Monday-Friday). At first the chair was great and was able to adjust to my liking. However after about a month of use I noticed where you sit the mesh on the left side is starting to rip off the base. Because of this my butt has started to sink in and it’s getting worse.

Some of the screw holes had plastic in them and I had to pic it out and the head rest screw holes where not lined up

The mesh on the seat and back is very comfortable. I chose not to install the arm rests and head rest for now. I posted a picture of what it looks like without them. I like how the white and grey color brightens up the room.
