This is a very well made chair that's easy to put together. But...I found the seat (not the back) to be uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to go to a Staples and sit in it before you buy. My solution was to use part of my old chair which has cushion rather than mesh and for me that did the trick. I now love my "hybrid" chair.
We sat in and tested a good 30 chairs at staples. We liked this one the best. We liked that you could adjust the head rest and arm rests. My son is 6'4" and my daughter is 5'5". They both liked the chair and they each got one. My only complaint would be that I wish the seat was a bit bigger all around. Otherwise it is comfortable.
The chair itself is beautiful however I feel that the mesh seati is not designed for a person sitting to work for several hours the mesh started to tear on one side within the first month of buying the chair.
It is not a five hundred dollar task chair so don't expect the level of comfort and various adjustments with this chair. It had the basic with the height adjustment and the back tilt angle. No adjustments for forward tilt nor the back support. The head rest just moves in certain angle but no actual adjustment. Overall it is comfortable. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble the chair.
