I bought this after waiting to buy a mesh office chair with a mesh back and seat. This is a heavy chair seems sturdy and is comfortable. I have found it to be cooler and a good value.

first off I ordered this chair unassembled but they only had a pre-assembled one in stock so that's what they gave me. even in the most upright position the chair is tilted significantly backwards and putting even the slightest pressure on it will tilt it back significantly more even at maximum tension. the tiltlock does nothing significant to prevent the chair from tilting backwards only holding it back from bottoming out the piston pushed too far through the wheel base and scrapes the floor which is frankly unacceptable. the chair's design has potential it's one of the few mesh back chairs in this price class to have a headrest but it being more of a recliner than an office chair and the piston scraping the floor simply makes it unfit for purpose. fix those issues and it would be excellent.

My wife has been looking for a chair that supported her back. She tried lots of chairs and found me sitting in this on at the store. I asked if she had tried it. She said "no." I got up and sat in another chair. She sat down and shortly said " I really like this chair." After a little more examination she aske me to buy it for her. After I assembled it that evening I was worried that her opinion might change. After several days she is still using superlatives to describe the chair. Both of us are happy.

Assembly was fairly uncomplicated. But the reason for 4 stars is that it is not as comfortable as the one tried in the store. Had to add a pad to the seat and pads to the plastic arms.

OK - the shipment was really fast and the assembly pretty easy. The quality of an office chair doesn't reveal immediately because the true test is continued use. That said it seems to be a good build - the mesh is comfortable the padded drop front on the seat doesn't dig into the legs and the (movable) lumbar support is a plus. Good value for the dollar.

The date of manufacture for this chair is 01Nov2021. So it was already old before I assembled it. After assembly the chair though admittedly comfortable was locked in the lowest position and the height adjustment was nonfunctional. Manufacturer promises to send replacement part in a month or so.
