Chair is comfortable and fine. The assembly specifically the headrest was problematic. The screws were not aligned correctly with the holes. I had to go to my workshop and drag out a vise and they force fit the parts. Someone without the strength and tools might find this difficult to put together.

We love it but if able when buying in store get them to put it together. We brought it home (bought right before close) and the arm of the chair was broken and sharp metal was siting out. went next day got a whole new box and it was missing some bolts went again the next day and just got the bolts from them. But now that it is all together it is great and the mesh provides a lot of air flow specially when sitting long hours. just hope it lasts!

Difficult to assemble

Like other reviews have pointed out the head rest was extremely difficult to screw. The tension nob is impossible to adjust. The seat doesn't tilt with back.
