I spend way too much time in my office at home. I have had four spinal surgeries & most of my spine has been replaced or supported by titanium cages; screws; & rods. I am not an online gamer but this chair has enabled my to spend hours in it without becoming overly soar. I highly recommend it if you use arm rests & need to support your lower back & neck. It is so highly adjustable & has multiple support cushions enabling it to be custom fit to anyone.

The bottom line is that I honestly expected at least as reliable a deliver as say UBER or a homeless guy on a bicycle that doesn't have a map or gps! I live in an apartment and it is clearly labeled abd it's between two businesses. My address is 16 there is a big restaurant at 14 and an electronic store at 18. The first driver messaged corporate at 8:30 that the address given was not valid! I don't understand why he did t attempt to call or come back but ok. Spoke to a supervisor and she was apologetic and said she would make sure he delivered it and require a signature the following day. I waited home all day! I checked the tracking which doesn't update regularly and it said left at front door! That means he left it on a city street! Would you leave an almost $200 chair on a street named broadway I. A city? NOPE. It wasn't there. The next day he did the same exact thing but I was checking every 15 minutes for hours. I'm disabled and live on the third floor not convenient at all!

I gave it a 2 star it is comfortable but it is very cheaply made. For how expensive expensive chair is after having it a month I had to replace and arm it just fell off and then now the other arm is getting lose and the chair feels like it's getting a little lose like it will start rocking soon. Very very cheaply made!

The adjustable lumbar and neck support is great (you can move the attached pillows to fit you). Just got it so I'm hoping the material (stitching) holds up. One of the sample chairs showed extreme wear. It's made of pleather so maybe a better material is in order? Otherwise I recommend it!

For any position or use there is an adjustment that makes this chair very comfortable. The moment I change what I'm doing the chair stops being comfortable and I have to readjust it. The cushions are the most trouble because they go from supportive to intrusive in a flash. Sometimes the only adjustment that works is to unstrap the head cushion or the lumbar cushion. Then I'll lean back with a book and need to reattach it. So for any one thing this chair is very comfortable. If it's meant to be a multi-use chair you'll spend a lot of time fiddling with it. Tip: Settling for an average adjustment that's sort-of-comfortable most of the time doesn't work. It doesn't take long to go from sort-of-comfortable to sort-of-uncomfortable.

This chair is so accommodating. It adjusts to my height which is low. My feet lay flat on the floor. The several adjustable arm positions make the chair comfortable. Also Lumbar and neck support pillows adjust to where ever I need them. But the greatest feature of all is the reclining factor. If you are planning to purchase a new chair for office or game room this is the one to get
