Chair is comfortable but engineered horribly

Purchased Chair near the end of Aug, on Sept 6 the Arm rest has already snapped off and the springs are trash! Chair itself is cozy but the arm rests are a consistent problem per reviews.

Chair is very heavily padded in the seat. Very good support and cushioning. Also, the parts are all in individual compartments labelled by the step number, not just part number. Very convenient!!

I bought this chair to replace an uncomfortable office chair in my home office. I tried numerous chairs in stores before purchasing this new gaming chair. I purchased a previous version of this chair for my workshop/garage when working remotely from there during the COVID pandemic. The older chair is still comfortable and I expect it to last a long time. I also expect the new chair to last a long time so I am giving it a high rating. In my opinion, both chairs were easy to assemble.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tween grandson really likes this upgrade to his chair. Went together as well as most furniture today, a little fussy but doable. He says he really likes it! Paid under $200, so that was good.

Super Comfortable Chair

I work from home 3 days a week and spend a lot of other time in front of my computers in this chair. It is super comfy. My only complaint is that it only lasted just over a year. But I do have a lot of chair time in it.

Should have known better after the first chair that they break easily and not comfortable. I purchased in Dec 2025 and the armrest has broken off
