Arms and seat are substandard

Purchased this chair for my home office on 1/4/2022. Within two months the left arm rest began swiveling 360 degrees. In September it began to feel as if the seat support under the cushion is breaking in certain spots (I weigh 200lbs). I am going to return it this week.
