I check this product at the store (it was in exhibition) but it went much better when I finished to assemble (by myself) and I sit on a brand new item is very comfortable and and enjoyable. Just need to spend a little while the first time to adjust to yourself specially the lumbar and neck support but after some minutes I found my fitting. It rolls very smoothly and quiet.
